STALLING
INFORMATION
All
alpacas and exhibitors will be in the Main Expo.
Please
note that NO ALPACAS OR EXHIBITS WILL BE PERMITTED
ONSITE PRIOR TO VET CHECK which will begin at
10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 1. All exhibits and animals
must be removed from the premises within 2 hours of completion
of Halter Classes on Saturday, April 3, 2009. THERE WILL
BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Each farm is limited to eight (8) pens, one of which may
be used as a display. Each farm is limited to twenty (20)
alpacas, a maximum of three (3) alpacas per stall.
Each stall will be provided with one (1) bag of cardboard
bedding. Additional bags will be available for sale. Straw,
sawdust or hay is not permitted for bedding in the building
according to the Fire Marshall. Flooring is concrete,
and is slippery. Stall mats are recommended. Carpeting
will be provided in the aisles surrounding show rings.
If
you are sharing a stall with another farm, please indicate
when registering. You must be entered in the show to rent
a stall. Only alpacas entered in the show will be allowed
in the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
Your display MAY NOT be extended into the aisles. Farm
displays are intended to promote your farm, not retail
sales. If you would like to sell retail products, you
must rent a vendor stall.
Electric
hook ups will be available. Please bring your own extension
cords, splitters, etc. Fans are permitted in the stalls
but not in the aisle-way.
Priority stalling for Grand and Platinum Sponsors will
be assigned in their respective “Avenue”.
Other sponsors will be stalled based on the most current
date of stall purchase. If farms wish to be stalled NEXT
TO each other, both farms must register within 24 hours
of one another OR the date of the last farm to register
will be used for stalling.
All
other exhibitor stalls (non-sponsors): STALLING ASSIGNMENTS
WILL BE BASED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
FOR ALL STALLS.
