STALLING INFORMATION

All alpacas and exhibitors will be in the Main Expo.

Please note that NO ALPACAS OR EXHIBITS WILL BE PERMITTED ONSITE PRIOR TO VET CHECK which will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 1. All exhibits and animals must be removed from the premises within 2 hours of completion of Halter Classes on Saturday, April 3, 2009. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Each farm is limited to eight (8) pens, one of which may be used as a display. Each farm is limited to twenty (20) alpacas, a maximum of three (3) alpacas per stall.

Each stall will be provided with one (1) bag of cardboard bedding. Additional bags will be available for sale. Straw, sawdust or hay is not permitted for bedding in the building according to the Fire Marshall. Flooring is concrete, and is slippery. Stall mats are recommended. Carpeting will be provided in the aisles surrounding show rings.

If you are sharing a stall with another farm, please indicate when registering. You must be entered in the show to rent a stall. Only alpacas entered in the show will be allowed in the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

Your display MAY NOT be extended into the aisles. Farm displays are intended to promote your farm, not retail sales. If you would like to sell retail products, you must rent a vendor stall.

Electric hook ups will be available. Please bring your own extension cords, splitters, etc. Fans are permitted in the stalls but not in the aisle-way.

Priority stalling for Grand and Platinum Sponsors will be assigned in their respective “Avenue”. Other sponsors will be stalled based on the most current date of stall purchase. If farms wish to be stalled NEXT TO each other, both farms must register within 24 hours of one another OR the date of the last farm to register will be used for stalling.

All other exhibitor stalls (non-sponsors): STALLING ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE BASED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT FOR ALL STALLS.
