GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The rules or amended rules of the most current AOBA Show Division Handbook will be followed.

2. There will be a mandatory Exhibitors Meeting at 8 a.m. on Friday, April 2, 2010.

3. All alpacas must be registered with the Alpaca Registry, Inc (ARI), including any companion animals. Animals must be registered to the owner listed on the ARI certificate or the exhibitor must provide a signed "Owner of Record for Show" form. You can download this form from the www.alpacashows.com website.

4. Please note that NO alpacas or exhibits will be permitted on-site prior to Vet Check-In which starts at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 1st. All exhibits and animals must be removed from the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum & Expo center premises within 2 hours of conclusion of Halter Classes on Saturday April 3rd . THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. Parents must be responsible for their children. Children must be kept under supervision at all times.

6. Get of Sire and Produce of Dam: Deadline for entering these classes is 9 p.m. on Thursday, April 1st . NOTE: Get of Sire entrants may be mixed genders, but must be from three different dams (AOBA 2008 Rule Change).

7. Championship Classes will be offered following each color groups if minimum requirements are met.

8. A professional photographer will be available on Friday and Saturday. Photos of Champion, Reserve, First and Second place animals will be at no charge.

9. We would like to have judging finished by 3 p.m. on Saturday. Please help us to keep on schedule by arriving early to your classes.

10. All animals must be stalled. NO DOGS allowed in the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. No roller blades, roller-skates, or skateboards, etc are allowed in the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

11.While security will be provided, all attendees are responsible for their own personal property.

12.Public access into the Barn area will be limited to show hours. However, any exhibitor or vendor has 24 hour access through Door 13. You must show a valid Exhibitor or Vendor Name Badge for admittance outside of show hours.
